The dispute concerned a nitrogen-protection system for power batteries, a core bus-safety technology. The team investigated leads, identified confidential information, organised evidence and developed litigation strategy despite difficulty obtaining sales evidence for the accused products.
The court found infringement, awarded the statutory maximum and RMB 200,000 in reasonable enforcement expenses. The outcome demonstrates protection for innovation and the firm's intellectual-property capability.
