Wen Linjun

Profile

Wen Linjun is a lawyer, patent agent and senior technical manager. A graduate of Beihang University and China University of Political Science and Law, he has worked with China National Nuclear Corporation, the China National Intellectual Property Administration and King & Wood Mallesons, and has devoted more than ten years to intellectual-property legal services.

He served for many years as an invention-patent examiner at the China National Intellectual Property Administration, concluding hundreds of invention-patent examinations and participating in major public-service and research projects.

In legal and patent-agent practice, he has handled high-value litigation and a broad range of non-contentious matters, particularly patents, technical secrets, software copyright, new plant varieties and integrated-circuit layout designs. His clients include Midea, Alibaba, Yutong Bus, Amphenol and other technology, manufacturing and life-sciences businesses.

His principal service sectors include new energy, biomedicine, the low-altitude economy, advanced manufacturing and artificial intelligence. He contributed to the drafting of the Generative Artificial Intelligence Intellectual Property Operation and Management Guide and the Technical Specification for Dynamic Safety Assessment of Low-altitude Route Operations, and co-authored university textbooks on intellectual-property legal practice and modern legal theory.

Represented a biotechnology-peptide company, a listed communications company, a chip company and a listed home-appliance company in technical-secret disputes.

Represented an education group in an operating-secret enforcement matter.

Acted for Amphenol (NYSE: APH) in a trade-secret legal project and patent-ownership matter.

Represented Yuhuan CNC (SZ:002903) in a series of patent-ownership matters and Yinghe Technology (SZ:300457) in a patent-infringement dispute.

Acted in a dezocine pharmaceutical-patent dispute and invalidation proceeding for a Nanjing company.

Represented Dongguan Bank in a patent non-infringement confirmation and unfair-competition dispute, and acted in a search-engine unfair-competition dispute involving Tencent.

Handled a trade-secret system-building project for Do-Fluoride (SZ:002407) and an overseas technical-secret introduction project for a listed company.
