Wang Yiping, male, from Shaoyang, Hunan, member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Hunan Normal University, a part-time bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Southwest University, and a master’s-level law qualification from China Three Gorges University. He is a partner and full-time practising lawyer at Zhuojian (Guangming) Law Firm and Director of the Young Lawyers Working Committee.
A hands-on expert in construction law with 16 years of focused practice: for more than 16 years, he has handled major, complex and difficult construction disputes and has nearly ten years of legal-management experience at construction general contractors. He understands all project stages, from tendering, contracting, quality, safety and claims through settlement, warranty, wage payment and construction-payment recovery, and provides major construction enterprises with closed-loop legal services from project inception to completion.
