China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited has reappointed the firm as its standing legal counsel. The firm has now held the appointment for four consecutive years since 2023.

The engagement is led by Director and Founding Partner Liu Chao and Partner Wu Qiyi and delivered by the Mingdao Shanxing legal team. It covers six core areas: corporate governance, capital markets, cross-border legal matters, cybersecurity and data compliance, employment and social security, and intellectual property.
