Wen Zihua Leads Training on the Housing Leasing Regulations
Wen Zihua was invited to lead a specialist training session on the Housing Leasing Regulations for Guangming District housing-rental stakeholders.
The session was organised by the Guangming District Housing and Construction Bureau with the district real-estate development association.
Wen, a Founding Partner and Director of the association's Legal Services Centre, provided compliance guidance for more than fifty participants from government bodies, industry associations, leasing businesses and agencies.
