Zhuojian Guangming Party Branch Takes Constitution Week Legal Services to Schools and Communities
From 3 to 4 December, the Zhuojian Guangming Party Branch held Constitution publicity and legal-consultation activities at a school and a subdistrict office in Guangming District.
To promote the spirit of the Constitution and strengthen public awareness of the rule of law, the Party Branch of Guangdong Zhuojian (Guangming) Law Firm, known as the Zhuojian Guangming Party Branch, held Constitution publicity and legal-consultation activities from 3 to 4 December at Shenzhen Institute of Technology Affiliated Experimental Senior High School and the Xinhu Subdistrict Office in Guangming District, Shenzhen. Wen Linjun, Party Branch Secretary, together with practising lawyers Du Zhiguo and Chang Zenan, provided professional legal services for teachers, students and community residents.
At Shenzhen Institute of Technology Affiliated Experimental Senior High School, the lawyers explained in accessible language how the Constitution relates to young people's studies and daily lives, helping students develop respect for the Constitution. Teachers and students raised questions on campus bullying, juvenile offending and online violence. Drawing on typical cases, the lawyers explained the relevant laws and regulations, encouraged students to protect their lawful rights through legal means, and clarified the boundaries of lawful conduct.
On 4 December, the activities continued at the Xinhu Subdistrict Office. Residents discussed legal issues arising in their daily work and lives with the lawyers, who listened carefully and offered professional answers and practical suggestions from the perspective of the Constitution and related laws. The lawyers also distributed Constitution publicity materials, helping to improve residents' constitutional awareness and legal literacy.
The Constitution Week programme was a practical expression of the Branch's social responsibility and its commitment to promoting the rule of law. By bringing Constitution education into schools and communities, it connected constitutional knowledge with real needs and helped the spirit of the rule of law take root among the public.
