On 24 October, the Zhuojian Guangming Party Branch watched the live briefing on the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.
On the morning of 24 October, all Party members of the Zhuojian Guangming Party Branch gathered in the Wutongshan Conference Room to watch the live press briefing on the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. The session supported a timely and in-depth understanding of the new ideas, arrangements and requirements advanced by the plenary session.
The briefing began at 10:00 a.m. Officials from the Central Policy Research Office, the Office of the Central Financial and Economic Affairs Commission and other departments gave detailed explanations of the guiding principles of the plenary session. They introduced the core content of the Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for Formulating the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, and explained the guiding principles, principal objectives and key tasks for China's economic and social development during the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan period.
After the broadcast, Party members exchanged views on the study session in the light of their own work.
The collective study was an important step in strengthening theoretical learning and consolidating the Branch's ideological foundation. The Branch will continue through focused discussions and study-sharing sessions, guiding members to turn what they learn into practical action in their work and to contribute as grassroots Party members to advancing Chinese modernisation.
