Party-building Leadership Supports Constitution Publicity at Guangming Rule-of-Law Park
On 5 December, Party-member lawyers from Zhuojian Guangming Party Branch offered public legal services at Guangming Rule-of-Law Park during the Constitution Day and Constitution Publicity Week launch programme.
To study and promote Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, carry forward the spirit of the Constitution and deepen the integration of Party-building with legal services, the Zhuojian Guangming Party Branch responded to the call of the Guangming District Lawyers' Working Committee on 5 December. It organised Party-member lawyers to take part in the launch programme for National Constitution Day and Constitution Publicity Week in Guangming District, providing accessible, practical legal services for the public at Guangming Rule-of-Law Park.
The lawyers patiently received each visitor seeking advice. They addressed frequently raised legal issues including marriage and family matters, employment disputes, property transactions and neighbourhood conflicts, offering detailed answers from the interpretation of legal provisions to the analysis of practical cases, as well as guidance on rights protection and risk-prevention advice.
The activity was another practical application of the Branch's Party-building plus legal-publicity model. The Zhuojian Guangming Party Branch will continue to use Party-building leadership to advance legal services for the public, broaden the reach of legal services and work to be a law firm trusted by both the Party and the people.
