Lawyer Liu Feng is a senior partner of Guangdong Zhuojian (Guangming) Law Firm. Professional experience: Liu has more than 20 years of experience across all supply-chain functions, including 11 years as a procurement executive in listed groups. He is familiar with corporate strategy, operations and supply-chain models, and applies both corporate-management and legal-practice perspectives to achieve legally sound and commercially practical outcomes.
Liu currently serves as long-term legal counsel to multiple enterprises. His core practice covers commercial-dispute litigation and non-contentious corporate compliance, including contracts, construction, intellectual property and labour disputes, as well as equity-structure design, mergers and acquisitions, finance and tax planning, compliance-system development and risk reviews. His professional and efficient service has earned broad recognition from corporate clients.

2. In a payment dispute between Shenzhen *** Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi ** Co., Ltd., recovered all outstanding sums, including overdue interest, litigation costs, legal fees and travel expenses, within three months of engagement; received a client banner in September 2023.
3. In a payment dispute brought by Dongguan ** Electronics Co., Ltd. against Shenzhen ** Electronics Co., Ltd. and Yang *, recovered all outstanding sums within two months of engagement; received a client banner in September 2024.
4. Shenzhen Li v. Shenzhen ** Engineering Co., Ltd., a construction-project payment dispute (a series of six matters).

In a payment dispute between Zhuhai ** Electronics Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi *** Technology Co., Ltd., a company controlled by the Fujian State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Fuzhou Intermediate People’s Court later ordered restructuring. The matter had broad impact and involved debts approaching RMB 20 billion; the creditor claim was successfully filed after restructuring. The defendant was delisted from ST status and resumed trading on 24 June 2025.
6. In a matter between Shenzhen **** Technology Co., Ltd. and Hunan **** Technology Co., Ltd., won at first instance, the opposing party withdrew its appeal, enforcement was applied for on 10 March 2025 and recovery was made on 11 June; received a client banner in June 2025.
