Wen Zihua is a Founding Partner of Guangdong Zhuojian (Guangming) Law Firm and a member of the China Democratic National Construction Association. He is Director of the Legal Services Centre of the Guangming District Real Estate Association.
He graduated from Shenzhen University Law School in 2014. Before entering legal practice in 2019, he worked with Shenzhen Guangming Group and Shenzhen Guangming Real Estate Development Company, gaining practical familiarity with real-estate development and urban renewal. He previously practised at Beijing Weiheng (Shenzhen) Law Firm and served as a resident lawyer at the Urban Renewal Development Centre of the Kuiyong Office in Dapeng New District.
Since becoming a founding partner in 2022, he has helped build the Guangming office into a comprehensive law firm with more than fifty staff. Since 2021 he has led a four-person legal team focused on urban renewal and land consolidation, standing and specialist legal services for public authorities and enterprises, and civil and commercial disputes.
The team serves administrative bodies including Fenghuang Subdistrict and its Federation of Trade Unions, and provides standing legal services to more than fifty educational institutions. It also acts as standing counsel to Shenzhen Jingkou Fubao Shareholding Cooperative Company and Shenzhen Biyan Investment Development Company.
The team has handled hundreds of private-lending, employment and property-lease disputes as well as other civil, commercial and administrative matters.
