Lawyer Huang Cunyang graduated from Jilin University with a Bachelor of Laws and is now a partner lawyer at Guangdong Zhuojian (Guangming) Law Firm.
In litigation practice, Huang has handled numerous disputes involving marriage and family matters, equity and investment disputes, personal-injury compensation, labour disputes, finance leases, private lending, franchise contracts, unjust enrichment, property leases, confirmation of property rights and administrative litigation, accumulating substantial courtroom and practical experience.
In non-contentious practice, Huang provided end-to-end legal services as lead counsel for the Shenye Tairan CMBS issuance (RMB 2 billion), an M&A project between a property developer and a Hong Kong industrial company (RMB 1 billion), university-owned-enterprise restructuring and equity incentives, including legal opinions, transaction structures, due diligence and transaction and M&A documents.
Huang also has extensive experience in legal-counsel services for government and enterprises. He has served listed technology companies, private funds, investment-management centres and government bodies including the Shekou Tax Office of the Shenzhen Tax Service of the State Taxation Administration, the Shenzhen Luohu Urban Management Bureau and the Nanhu Subdistrict Office, providing safeguards for compliant operations and risk control.
