Jiang Lei is a lawyer at Guangdong Zhuojian (Guangming) Law Firm. He is pursuing a Doctor of Laws in civil and commercial law at the University of Macau, holds a master's degree in civil and intellectual-property law from the University of Macau and an LL.B. from Shantou University. He serves as a Guangming District government legal adviser on land-resources matters.
