Profile
Wang Huan holds a master's degree in pharmacognosy from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and is qualified as both a patent agent and intermediate economist. She has more than ten years of combined experience in biopharmaceutical R&D, corporate IP operations and IP legal services.
Her early work included quality research for chemical drugs, biologics and traditional-Chinese-medicine health products, domestic drug-registration materials and technical-document translation. She later led patent work at major pharmaceutical and in-vitro-diagnostics companies, handling hundreds of Chinese and overseas biomedical and medical-device patent matters, FTO reviews, invalidations and cross-border patent litigation.
In legal practice, she has independently handled patent infringement and ownership, trade-secret, trade-mark enforcement and employee non-compete matters; conducted IP due diligence for listed companies; advised pharmaceutical CRO, synthetic-biology and new-energy businesses; and helped clients establish trade-secret protection systems.

Patent-enforcement and trade-secret matters for chip-packaging, camera and biotechnology companies; trade-secret system construction for a power-battery business; IP counsel, listing-readiness IP work and patent portfolios for pharmaceutical and chemical businesses.
Trade-mark and employment matters involving technology, jewellery, membership-management and audio-product businesses, and standing counsel to biopharmaceutical companies.
