Mediation Skills Lecture Supports Professional Development
A 12 May 2026 lecture on dispute-resolution skills was delivered by Huang Guobin, Executive Deputy Director of the Guangming District Working Committee for the Care of the Next Generation.
Hosted by Cai Ronglin, the session drew on Huang's decades of mediation experience and introduced his 'Ten Strengths and Five Hearts' method.
Participants discussed practical questions from their own work. Director Liu Chao encouraged the team to apply the techniques to provide efficient, high-quality legal services.
